The Garden of Dianne B
The Garden of Dianne B is a lush acre of former farmland with rich soil, majestic trees, and a breathtaking magnolia at the heart of its moss garden. Tucked between the East Hampton Nature Trail and a private apple orchard, it’s moments from the ocean and just steps from East Hampton Village Main Street. Dianne’s deep connection to local history, architecture, and St. Luke’s Church adds to the garden’s sense of place. https://www.diannebgardens.com/gardens-by-season

Those of you who have seen Dianne’s tender blue/purple spring fantasy are in for a different garden altogether at summer’s end. Lush, overgrown and simply wild, the untamed nature of the meadow lends a new kind of rhythm to the whole of the garden. Hibiscus and hydrangeas jostling for the spotlight, Lespedeza overlapping beautyberries, fat white pods gracefully adorning the weeping limbs of the Styrax, while the enormous seedpods of the magnolia are high magenta and totally outer-spacey.
